Reiki works with energy portals knowns as CHAKRAS within the body for healing.

Our body is made out of many chakra points with seven main chakras that run up and down the spine. 

The first one, The Root Chakra is situated at the base of the tailbone, while the last, The Crown Chakra is located just above the top of the head.

Each chakra has a separate position and serves a different purpose in relation to our body.

Reiki works on healing the blockages within each chakra.
